Search Engine Optimisation has been around for a while, Google is well aware of spamming techniques and is smart enough to counteract any cheating as it were. Don't get me wrong there will always be smart people out there creating tools that can cheat the system and yes these may work for a little while, however, Google will eventually penalise you and all of your rankings could come crashing down.
